Hospital Trust looking to recruit Emergency Department Healthcare Assistants

Are you passionate about working in healthcare?

If so Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust is looking to recruit motivated, caring, and compassionate individuals to work as Healthcare Assistants (HCA) in our Emergency Department.

The event will be held at Southport and Formby District General Hospital on Saturday, March 25, 2023 and time slots will be allocated after applications have been screened.

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse the Healthcare Assistant will work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of care delivery in undertaking personal care duties for patients in hospital/community.

You will contribute to the assessment and care plans that have been developed, to work within standard operating procedures as defined within each area.

You work closely under direction of the senior nurse who will be available for reference and will be able to respond to individual need in delivering patient care.
