Patient advice and information
Concerns or comments about care
Raise your issue with a member of staff if you have concerns or comments about your own care or that of someone else. If appropriate, you may also like to ask to meet the consultant in charge. In our experience an early meeting often resolves issues speedily to everyone’s satisfaction.
Advice and information
If your inquiry is of a more general nature, please feel free to ask a member of staff. At our hospital sites, our volunteer welcomers at reception may also be able to help.
You can also telephone with your inquiry. Call 01704 704958 or 01704 704965. If there is no one available to take your call, please leave your name, a contact telephone number and a short message, and a member of staff will return your call at the first available opportunity.
You can also write to: Customer care, Corporate Office, Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust, Corporate Office, Town Lane, Southport, PR8 6PN
